The 2nd Time Around

Colleagues were itching for an office outing, so off to Zambales we went for a weekend of swimming, supposedly, which, however, ended up as a weekend of photo-ops (teehee). There were 10 of us and 4 had DSLR cameras, so the pictures herein posted are those wonderful shots they took of the wonderful place – Anawangin and Capones. We were housed at Capones Vista and it had a wonderful view of Capones Island and the sunset. We were told by the owner that in December, the sun sets right in the middle of the island. Shopping on the 4th

Our last day in Puerto was spent shopping for stuffs to bring back home. Kasuy and Lamayo are their bestsellers.

Puerto is definitely a nice place to spend the weekend – quiet, relaxed, heavenly. My total damage, and I mean total, is Php12,500.00. This won’t be my last trip to Palawan; there are more awesome places to explore.

Snorkeling on the 3rd

20 February 2011. Day 3, Sunday.

The third day was spent snorkeling at the islands of Honda Bay.

After our wonderful adventures under the sea, it was back to shore and land…

It being a Sunday, we heard mass at the Immaculate Conception Cathedral Parish.

Dinner was at Kinabuchs Grill and Bar…
